1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; preferred ex-Daewoo with over 5yrs of experience.
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
3. Proficiency in cost estimation techniques, quantity takeoff methods, and construction cost management software.
4. Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
