
1. At least 10 years of experience in the field of HSE Commissioning Superintendent position.
2. Knowledgeable in pre-commissioning/commissioning, start-up and shutdown.
3. Capable of implementing the company’s and client’s approved HSE policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines for pre-commissioning/commissioning, start-up and shutdown.
4. Responsible for monitoring and implementing the HSE policy and procedures of the Company and Client.
5. Participate in daily shutdown progress meetings and share HSE concerns.
6. Conduct daily meetings with HSE and construction staff and discuss site safety observations and control measures to be taken to avoid further repetition.
7. Capable of performing Risk Analysis and Accident Analysis and controlling loss of materials and mishandling.
8. Conduct root cause analysis as part of the accident investigation.
9. Able to identify related hazards and preventive measures as per client safety procedures due to different work activities.
10. Skilled in implementing a Zero Injury Incidents program for the project and its maintenance.
